The theme ‘Building Constituencies for Justice and Equality’ under the Pathways of Women’s Empowerment Research Programme takes the ‘voice’ entry point into exploring the politics of changing policies, and development and political institutions, to lend greater support to women’s empowerment that promotes greater justice, equality and wellbeing for all.
